To help KDOLs easily manage orders sent through the carrier, understand the status of the order, and manage the costs to be collected/paid from the carrier, Nobita integrates a feature to connect with the carrier. Just a few clicks on the software and the delivery team immediately comes to receive and distribute goods to customers.
So how to connect carrier with Nobita, let's explore together.
You need to click the button "Extend"> Connect to the delivery company. The interface is displayed as shown below:
**Requirement: You have registered an account at the carrier you want to connect to and make sure that the carrier is connected to Nobita.
To add new delivery company, please follow these steps below:
Step 1: Click "Add delivery company" -> The list of the delivery company is shown.
Step 2: Click on the delivery that you want to connect -> The information form is shown.
Step 3: Fill in the form, the required fields are fields with an asterisk (Note: Each shipping unit is different, you will have to fill in different information).
Step 4: Click "Connect".
After connecting with your delivery company, you can set up carrier add-ons. To set up, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Click the button "Setup" -> The form is displayed.
Step 2: Enter the service want to use (You can see the price list of additional services before choosing).
Step 3: Click "Save settings".
To update delivery, please follow these steps below:
Step 2: Click "Update" -> The form is displayed.
Step 3: Enter the information needed.
Step 4: Click "Update".
In the case of turning off the carrier, in new orders when switching to the carrier, you will not see the carrier turned off.
