# Cancelation

Nobita system integrates cancellation management of orders made by system users.

## 1. Add new cancelation

To add new cancelation, please follow these steps below:

**Step 1:** Click **"Add".**

**Step 2:** Enter the information into the form.

**Step 3:** Click **"Add new" / "Add new and print".**

**+Import voucher:**  Click the button import excel file **>** Click **"Download sample file"  >**  Select folder to save-> Save.

* You need to ensure that the file you upload must be the same as the sample file on the system.

**+Export excel file/print:** Click to the check box in front of the voucher needed **>** Click **"Tools" >** Select option up to your demand.
