# Return imported goods

After importing goods, the status of defective goods, the damage is inevitable. For damaged, defective products of the manufacturer, you are entitled to return the supplier according to the policy and terms in the contract. Therefore, to easily manage the number of goods before and after payment, the Nobita system integrates the supplier return feature.

## 1. Add new return imported goods voucher

Please follow these steps below to add new voucher:

**Step 1:** Click **"ADD".**

**Step 2:** Enter the information into the form. 

**Step 3:** Click **"Add new" / "Add new and print".**

**+Export excel file/print:** Click to the check box in front of the voucher needed **>** Click **"Tools" >** Select option up to your demand.
