# Bot Nobi San

Bot Nobi San is a feature that users set up to send messages and perform actions automatically without having to repeat and take a lot of time.

To set up Bot Nobi San features, click **Nobi Automation -> Bot Nobi San.** The interface is displayed as shown below.

**At Bot Nobi San, you can:**

* Set up shop review feedback
* Set up automated messages
