Here you can set up the process to automatically send messages to customers depending on the setting conditions.

1. Add new

To Add new keyword process please follow these steps below:

Click Add new -> Enter the information needed -> Click Save

+ Update: Click the button -> Click Edit -> Enter the information needed -> Click Save

+ Delete: Click the button -> Click Delete and Agree

+ Inactive: Turn Off the button to inactive the process
