Keyword

This is a feature that helps users set keywords, if the conversation contains these keywords, the system will automatically send messages to customers.

1. Add new

To Add new keyword process please follow these steps below:

Click Add new -> Enter the information needed -> Click Save

+ Update: Click the button -> Click Edit -> Enter the information needed -> Click Save

+ Delete: Click the button -> Click Delete and Agree

+ Inactive: Turn Off the button to inactive the process
