Here you can set up the feature to automatically send messages according to customer journeys
To Add new keyword process please follow these steps below:
Click Add new -> Enter the information needed -> Click Save
+ Update: Click the button -> Click Edit -> Enter the information needed -> Click Save
+ Delete: Click the button -> Click Delete and Agree
+ Inactive: Turn Off the button to inactive the process
