Conversation tags

This feature helps you set up and manage tags in the conversation

To set up and manage tags, please click Nobi Chat > Conversation Tags > Conversation Tags tab. The interface will display as shown below.

Besides, setting up and managing conversation cards, you can also go to Set up > Category> Assign Tags > Conversation Tag
