# Call Center (Voice IP)

To track call history and manage operators, you go to **Nobi Marketing** -> **Call Center (Voice IP)** Or **Nobi Sales** -> **Call Center (Voice IP).**&#x20;

### 1. History.

Nobita integrates the call history feature to store all outgoing and incoming call history such as call time, duration, call status, hotline number, customer's phone number, etc.&#x20;

With smart filters, you can filter data to display the call history.

### 2. Manage the operators.

You can manage the list of operators and update them in this tab.

In order to update the operators, please click the button **Edit** on the right side.
