Call Center (Voice IP)

Call Center is a feature integrated in the Nobita system that helps users call customers directly from the system, store call history and manage operators.

To track call history and manage operators, you go to Nobi Marketing -> Call Center (Voice IP) Or Nobi Sales -> Call Center (Voice IP).

1. History.

Nobita integrates the call history feature to store all outgoing and incoming call history such as call time, duration, call status, hotline number, customer's phone number, etc.

With smart filters, you can filter data to display the call history.

2. Manage the operators.

You can manage the list of operators and update them in this tab.

In order to update the operators, please click the button Edit on the right side.
