# Email Sample

*Similar to social networking channels, SMS, Nobita integrates the feature of creating Email samples to be automatically sent to customers. So how can you create message templates with the desired content for each campaign? See how to add a new message sample below.*

### 1. To add a new Email Sample:

Click Button **Add Email Sample** ![](https://lh5.googleusercontent.com/lSkd2NJ4Ag6jVgNfR0WLVhTQUBXD0mmVH1fqfUhGdXkDhgd1tT_2PBhcnPtLM5JUQKe3H268o5yH-P9MGJeqQyiBX6XGbfzpTgyKXJ725suWIiopK6pH6PrlN3ihiXS4fW4D2F03=s0)**>** Fill out all the required fields in the popup window **>** Click **Add** to finish.

### 2. To edit or delete the Email samples:

* **Edit:** Click Button **More** ![](https://lh5.googleusercontent.com/0YJkCQ-HbRFjdZ1nel424syEsMkKKmsKE19WWqMBA7dQ9KWGg7i8tdqFvZ6oOyMOVA8aqcBP2OujTQkpCpIW9Sd2KyxLnGXrM1odilRv4-hdPHB2v0kxyeUxQkOZjYRa20LBv0Ba=s0)**>** Click **Edit >** Change the information needed **>** Click **Update/ Cancel** to finish.
* **Delete:** Click Button **More** ![](https://lh5.googleusercontent.com/0YJkCQ-HbRFjdZ1nel424syEsMkKKmsKE19WWqMBA7dQ9KWGg7i8tdqFvZ6oOyMOVA8aqcBP2OujTQkpCpIW9Sd2KyxLnGXrM1odilRv4-hdPHB2v0kxyeUxQkOZjYRa20LBv0Ba=s0) **>** Click **Delete >** Select **Agree** to delete or **Dismiss** to cancel.
