# Advertising SMS

Please follow these steps to go to the Advertising SMS tab:

### 1. To add a new campaign.

In this tab, in order to create a new campaign, please follow these steps:

**\*\*Note:**

* Successfully added campaigns of any customer will be displayed in that customer's details.
* Make sure that the advertising message must be sent to more than 20 people.
* Advertising messages must carry the content about advertising, promotions, discounts...
* Customer care content such as congratulations, gratitude, announcements... will not be approved.
* Advertising messages will include part of the content to ask whether or not the customers want to continue receiving these messages.

### 2. To edit or delete the campaigns.

To update remove the Ads SMS Campaigns, at the list of advertising SMS campaigns, please follow these steps:

*  **Edit:** Click Button **More** ![](https://lh5.googleusercontent.com/0YJkCQ-HbRFjdZ1nel424syEsMkKKmsKE19WWqMBA7dQ9KWGg7i8tdqFvZ6oOyMOVA8aqcBP2OujTQkpCpIW9Sd2KyxLnGXrM1odilRv4-hdPHB2v0kxyeUxQkOZjYRa20LBv0Ba=s0)**>** Click **Edit >** Change the information needed > Click **Update/ Cancel** to finish.
* **Delete:** Click Button **More** ![](https://lh5.googleusercontent.com/0YJkCQ-HbRFjdZ1nel424syEsMkKKmsKE19WWqMBA7dQ9KWGg7i8tdqFvZ6oOyMOVA8aqcBP2OujTQkpCpIW9Sd2KyxLnGXrM1odilRv4-hdPHB2v0kxyeUxQkOZjYRa20LBv0Ba=s0) **>** Click **Delete >** Select **Agree** to delete or **Dismiss** to cancel.

### 3. SMS Campaign Details

* **Overview tab**: Detailed information about the campaign: Sender, date and time sent, total number of messages sent, total successfully sent messages, total sent messages, number of successfully sent, number of sent errors.
* **Sent tab**: Details of successful recipient's name, date and time sent, date and time received.
* **Sending tab:** Details of the person who is waiting to receive the message, the date and time sent, the date and time received.
* **Tab sending error:** Details of successful recipient's name, date and time sent, date and time received.
