Facebook Automation

To manage FB Automation, from Nobita's home page, go to Nobi Marketing >> Nobi Mess >> FB Automation.

1. List of FB Automation.

All campaigns are created from the automated process that includes tasks relevant to Facebook messages will be displayed here. It means when you create a process in the tab Automated Customer Care with sending Facebook messages is one of the main tasks, all campaigns relevant to Facebook from there will be shown here.

2. Campaign Details.

To view the details of a campaign, click on the campaign's name:

3. Delete the automated campaigns.

To delete the campaigns, please follow these steps:

• Click Button More on the right of the campaign.

• Click Delete >> Select Agree to delete or Dismiss to cancel.
