Setup Nobi Mess and manage all the campaigns.

You can create the Facebook campaigns on this tab. It will be sent automatically followed by the setup time to customers ' Facebook messages. Some key figures about the campaigns will be shown here as well for you to manage.
To add, edit or delete the campaigns that you saved in Nobita:
Step 1: On your computer, log in to Nobita.
Step 2: Click Nobi Marketing from the Menu Bar > Click Nobi Mess > Select tab Facebook Campaign at the top.
Step 3: Add, edit or delete campaigns:
+ Add: Click Button Add New > Fill out all the required fields in the popup window > Click Add to finish. + Edit: Click Button More > Click Edit > Change the information needed > Click Update/ Cancel to finish. + Delete: Click Button More > Click Delete > Select Agree to delete or Dismiss to cancel.
** Tips: - You can only edit the campaigns that have not been completed yet. - To see the campaign details, you can click on the campaign's name.
Please note that when you create a new campaign, there are 2 sending methods: Facebook 24h and Nobi Mess.
Facebook 24h method is used when you create campaigns for only customers that have interactions with your fanpage within the last 24 hours. When you want to send messages to all your customers or a defined customer group, you need to choose Nobi Mess method.
There are 2 ways to install Nobi Mess extension.
First way: Download extension from Chrome web store
Step 1: Go to Chrome web store and search for Nobi Mess Extension
Step 2: Add to Chrome to finish.

In order to sync the customer's UID, the user when starting to sync has to be assigned a role on that fanpage such as editor or administrator.
Follow these below steps to start syncing UID: Step 1: Connect your fanpage with Nobita:
Step 2: Save interacted customer's list
Step 3: Sync old's customer's UID:
Note: This will only sync the UID of old customers when you have not used Nobi Mess yet. For new customers, the system will save it automatically.
Go to Nobi Marketing >> Nobi Mess >> Facebook Campaign >>Add Campaign in order to create a campaign.
There are 2 types of sending methods:
Facebook 24h: is used when you create a campaign for customers who have interacted with your fanpage in the last 24 hours.
Nobi Mess: is used when creating the campaign that sends messages through Nobita's extension. You can send messages to all customers.
After filling all the required fields and selecting the sending conditions for the campaign, you click the button ADD to finish.
Tips for Nobi Mess:
The content will be created in a structure of 4 parts. Each section is separated by (). In each section, there must be different content sections separated by the character | (follow the sample messages). The system will automatically mix the content but still remains its structure.
Sending gap (s): is the time gap to send messages from this customer to the next customer.
When it comes to the sending time, you have to open this Facebook Campaign tab on otherwise the campaign will not be sent.
Do not open more than one Facebook Campaign tab when sending messages.
When the progress has been started, you totally can either pause or resume it.
Step 4: Press the button to start and please do not close this window until the progress finish otherwise you have to start again.
