Message Sample

Manage all sample messages to execute campaigns to automatically send Zalo messages to customers.

As same as Facebook, Nobita also supports the feature that allows you to create the message samples before adding a new Zalo campaign. This will help you to create the desired content so you can choose it instead of typing again when adding a campaign.

1. To add a new message sample:

Click Button Add New > Fill out all the required fields in the popup window > Click Add to finish.

2. To edit or delete the message samples:

Nobita system supports you to update or remove the message template if needed. To update or remove the message template, please do the following:‌

• Edit: Click Button More > Click Edit > Change the information needed > Click Update/ Cancel to finish.
• Delete: Click Button More > Click Delete > Select Agree to delete or Dismiss to cancel.
