From the Nobita home page, follow the instruction in the image below to go to this tab:
These are steps to add, edit and delete your Zalo Oa:
Add: Click Button Add OA > Follow the steps to connect Zalo OA and Verify log in on the new device if needed > Confirm the access permission between Zalo and ECRM > Your OA is ready to use.
Edit: Click Button More > Click Edit > Change the information needed > Click Update/ Cancel to finish.
Delete: Click Button More > Click Delete > Select Agree to delete or Dismiss to cancel.
