Zalo Automation

Nobita supports users to manage all campaigns are created from the Automation Process with tasks related to Zalo.

To view all the automatic Zalo messages that had been sent from the campaigns are created from Automation Process, you can access the Zalo automation tab follows these steps:

Nobi Marketing >> Zalo Marketing >> Zalo Automation

• From here you can see the list of all the Zalo automation messages, to view the campaign's details of each one you can click on their names.

To delete the Zalo automation, please follows these steps:

• Click Button More on the right of the campaign you want to delete.

• Click Delete

• Select Agree to delete or Dismiss to cancel.
