Here you can set up and manage your store's contracts with partners and suppliers.

**Note: All the fields' positions, order, information of add new form, update, import contract excel file can be set in the data field function.
Click Nobi Pos -> Contract. The interface will display as shown below.
Before adding a new contract, you can:
Set up some contract-related features: CLICK HERE
Set up contract owner information: CLICK HERE
Make sure to add new Contract type and Product
Set quotation: CLICK HERE
To add a new contract, please follow all the steps below:
Step 1: Click the button Add Contract -> The form to add a contract is displayed
Step 2: Enter information into the form, note that fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required fields.
Step 3: Click Add new
+ Contract details: At the list of contracts, to view contract details, click on the contract you want to view. Contract details will be displayed.
With the contract filtering feature integrated into the Nobita system, you can filter to monitor and manage the desired contract.
To display field needed, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Click "Customize display"
Step 2: Check the checkboxes for the fields you want to display -> List of contracts displayed
In addition, you can arrange the position of the fields by dragging and dropping in the custom box (As shown below).
This feature helps users a new view to store the filtered réults for the purpose of easily tracking and manipulating those contracts.
Step 1: Click (+)
Step 2: Click the button "Save"
+ Delete view: At tab "Add new view", click the button "Delete" to delete the view
+ Update: Click the button >Click "Edit" > Enter the information needed > Click "Update"
+ Delete: Click the button >Click "Delete" > Click "Agree"
+ Payment: Click the button >Enter the information into form > Click "Save"
