Nobita provides functions that help users to transfer 1 or more customers at the same time to another group effectively, saving time.

Transfer customer group

Please follow these steps to transfer customers group:

Step 1: Select the customer that needs to be transferred by checking the checkbox in front of the customer

Step 2: Click "Transfer the group"

Step 3: Select to send the customer to

Step 4: Click "Update"

• You can also do all the same steps with Transfer into lead, transfer the staff in charge, share the branch, transfer the branch feature.
