Shopee Chat
Shopee Chat is a feature that allows users to connect to many shops on the same branch, perform chat operations, filter search conversations, assign customer tags.
To manage Shopee Chat, Click Nobi San -> Shopee Chat, the interface is displayed as shown below:

To use the Shopee chat feature, you first need to connect Shopee to the Nobita system.
1. Connect Shopee instruction
At the empty list screen (as above) to connect Shopee, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Click button "Connect Shopee" -> Enter your User name/Password.

Step 2: After entering your username and password, shopee will send you an OTP code. Please enter that OTP code and click "Confirm".

Step 3: Set up Shopee features. Turn ON for the feature you want to set up -> Click "Finish"
Click the button to view each feature's description

After connecting shopee successfully, the interface will display as shown below.

2. Features of Shopee Chat
At the connected shop interface (as shown below), click on the shop to show conversation management

After clicking on the shop, the interface will display as shown below.

Features of Shopee Chat include:
(1) Filter conversations by the time
(2) Filter conversations by the staff
(3) Filter by tag
(4) Sync conversation
(5) Filter unread conversations
(6) Filter unanswered conversations
(7) Filter conversations without orders
(8) Filter conversations that already have orders
(9) Assigning conversations to employees
(10) Users reports
(11) Block users
(12) Mark as unread

3. Manipulations in conversations
In the dialogue you can do the following actions:
(1) Send a message by typing directly
(2) Send pictures
(3) Send emoji
(4) Send a sample message (See instructions for setting up a sample message: CLICK HERE)
(5) Assign customers tag
For assigning customer tag feature, you can create directly at the conversation
(5.1) Create tag -> Enter Tag name, select color -> Click "ADD"

(5.2) Close tagging
4. View orders
At the conversation, you click on the orders tab, which will display the customer's order.

5. Create Voucher
To create a voucher, Click Voucher Tab -> Click "Create voucher" as shown below

After clicking "Create voucher", the system will ask you to log in to the seller channel, and redirect you to shopee's more voucher page. You need to enter information about promotions to create.

After entering the information of the fields, click "Save" to finish adding a new voucher.
