Overview report

The overview report provides you with information about:

• Sales report for a period

• Revenue by time frame

• Revenue by produce

• Revenue by staff

1. Sales report

(1) Revenue = Sales + VAT (If applicable) - Shipping fee (If freeship) - Product discount - Order discount / Promotion‌

(**) Sales = Total (Price when creating order * Qty)

(2) Profit = Revenue - VAT - Capital - Marketing expenses (If applicable)‌

(3) Orders = Total number of orders excluding delete and cancel orders

2. Revenue by product

(1) Revenue by product = Sales + VAT (if applicable) - Shipping fee (If freeship) - Product discount - Order discount / Promotion

(**) Sales = Total (Price when creating order * Qty)

(2) Number of orders = Total number of products in each order - (deleted order + canceled order)

(3) Number of return orders = Total number of products in each return order

3. Revenue by staff

(1) Revenue = Sales + VAT (If applicable) - Shipping fee (If freeship) - Product discount - Order discount / Promotion‌

(**) Sales = Total (Price when creating order * Qty)

(2) Number of orders = Total number of products in each order - (deleted order + canceled order) of that staff
