Statistics number of messages, phone numbers, orders, customers, new customers today, this week, last week...
The Nobichat report allows users to see the ranking order by interaction, by the number of orders, or by orders ratio.
Number of interactions: Number of conversations the staff interacts with
Orders: Number of orders closed from the conversation
Ratio = Orders/ Interaction
Successfully closed orders: Number of orders successfully delivered to customers
The number of messages from comments: The number of messages pouring from comments.
Comments: Total number of comments staff responded to customer comments
Number of sessions reply by comments: Total number of comments the staff responded (Replying to many comments to the same customer, the number of sessions = 1)
Number of messages: Total number of messages that staff responded to customers
Number of sessions to reply to messages: Total number of inboxes that staff responded to (Send multiple messages to the same customer, the number of sessions = 1)
Phone numbers obtained: Customer sends phone number to the page, the staff who responds first will calculate the phone number to bring back to that staff.
**Note: The staff must reply back to the comments/inboxes of the customer sent to the page to count on statistical.
Number of inboxes: Total number of inboxes that staff interact with
The number of new customers: Number of new customers who sent messages to the page, staff replied back. (This is the employee's new customer number)
The customer has a phone number: The staff reply in any conversation that has phone number will be counted for that staff's statistic.
The customer has closed the order: Number of customers who have successfully closed orders by staff (Meaning that the order was created by staff, and this order has been successfully delivered to the customer).
Number of closing orders: Number of orders created by staff (Except for cancellations and deletions)
**Note: - When creating an order at Nobichat, if staff A chooses the seller as staff B, the report will count the number of closed orders for B.
Total number of tags: Total number of conversation tags set up for the page
Number of tags in use: Number of conversation tags in use
Tagged Conversations: Total number of tagged conversations.
The average number of tags/conversations: Total number of cards in use/Total conversations tagged
New customers: Number of new customers inbox/comment to the page
Phone number of the day: The number of phone numbers sent to the page, added to Nobita during the day.
New phone number: The number of new phone numbers first sent to the page, added to Nobita.
Comments by customers: Comments from customers sent to the page
Comments by page: Comments submitted by page.
Messages by page: Page Messages: Messages sent by the page.
Messages by customer: The number of messages sent by the customer to the page.
The number of old customers texting again: The number of old customers who texted back to the page.
Number of closing orders: Number of closing orders from customers (from Nobichat)
Number of messages: Number of messages sent by customers to the page
Number of comments: The number of comments that customers send to the page.
Phone number: Customer's phone number
Number of closing orders: Number of orders create for customers (Including all statuses except delete orders)
Number of successful closing orders: Number of orders successfully delivered to customers.
Statistics of customer phone numbers sent to the page are added to Nobita
**Note: This phone number cannot be filtered when duplicated, which means the same phone number, if you send it twice, the report will be counted twice.
