Online report page

Customers want to calculate the commission for the person on the page according to the revenue of the leads they have brought (Transferred into leads from the conversation). To view the online report, at the Nobita admin page, go to Overview -> Marketing Report -> Online report page. The interface will display as shown below.

This feature only applies when the customer from the conversation is transferred to a lead, after the leads are successfully created, the revenue is also calculated for the lead creator in this online report.

Who is the lead creator?

1. As the customer consultants, support to answer customers from the fan page, then transfer the customers on the fan page into a lead for another staff to create the order.

2. As a system: Conversations that do not have a manager but are automatically transferred to leads

3. As the manager of that conversation, when the conversation is transferred to a lead that already has a manager, that lead has a creator who is a conversation manager
