# Sales Report

Nobita provides you with sales reports to help you easily manage and control the number of orders and sales of one or all branches in a certain period of time... From there, offer a good sales strategy to increase the number of orders for your business.&#x20;

To view the sales report, at the Nobita home page, go to **Overview** -> **Sale report** -> **Sales report.** The interface will display as shown below.

(1) Department: All departments in the branch&#x20;

(2) Staff: All the employees of departments in the branch&#x20;

(3) Sales = Total order value (Selling price \* quantity)&#x20;

(4) Revenue = (Qty\*price) - (change COD if applicable) - (shipping fee paid for the carrier if free ship) - Discount - (shipping fee when creating order - actual shipping fee)( if free ship) +(shipping fee when creating order - actual shipping fee) (if the customer pay fee) + VAT (if applicable).

(5) Deposit = Total prepaid amount by customers&#x20;

(6) Number of orders = Total number of orders that the staff has created&#x20;

(7) Number of products = Total product sold by staff

(8) Average Daily sales = Total sales/total days&#x20;

(9) Average Order Sales = Total Sales/Total Orders&#x20;

(10) Average Products per Order = Total of Orders/Total Product
