# Payment voucher

Payment voucher is a feature Nobita provides to users to help you record money spent from importing goods or paying other expenses.

To create and manage the payment voucher, click **Nobi Pos -> Cash book -> Payment voucher Tab**

## 1. **Create the payment voucher**

To add a new payment voucher, please follow these steps below:

Step 1: Click "Add payment voucher"

Step 2: Enter the information into the form &#x20;

* Fields with an asterisk (\*) are required
