This tab allows you to create and manage campaigns that automatically send messages to defined customer groups. It could be about promotions, introducing new products, announcements, etc. To add, edit or delete the campaigns that you saved in Nobita: Step 1: On your computer, log in to Nobita. Step 2: Click Nobi Marketing from the Menu Bar > Click Shopee Marketing > Select tab Shopee Campaign at the top. Step 3: Add, edit or delete campaigns: + Add: Click Button Add Campaign > Fill out all the required fields in the popup window > Click Add to finish. + Edit: Click Button More > Click Edit > Change the information needed > Click Update/ Cancel to finish. + Delete: Click Button More > Click Delete > Select Agree to delete or Dismiss to cancel. ** Tips: - When creating a new campaign please assure that you do not choose to send it to all customers to avoid spam warnings from Shopee. - You can only edit the campaigns that have not been completed yet.
All messages are scheduled to be sent from Shopee automated processes will be shown on this tab. You can manage the message status to keep an eye on how efficient the installed processes.

To start with this tab:
When you click on Campaign's Name, the popup window should show an overview and details of that campaign.
To delete a campaign from the list:
** Tips: Please note that, for the scheduled campaigns that have not come to sending time yet; if you delete it, the messages will not be sent.
Shopee customer list will be shown here on this tab, you can manage customers by each shop, filter them by interacted time. Furthermore, you can send messages to each customer with different campaigns.
To start with this tab:
Click Nobi Marketing from the Menu Bar > Click Shopee Marketing > Select tab Shopee Automation at the top.
Click Button More > Click Delete > Select Agree to delete or Dismiss to cancel.
Click Nobi Marketing from the Menu Bar > Click Shopee Marketing > Select tab Interacted Customers at the top.
For each customer from the list, you can create a specific campaign for them. It is similar to create a new campaign on Shopee Campaign tab, follow these steps to do that: Click Button Send > Fill out all the required fields in the popup window > Click Add to finish.
