# Data Fields

Nobita integrates a data field setting feature that allows users to manually set the position, order, add/remove information fields in each default function.

Some functions can be changed in the information in the fields. 

* Customers tab: Users can add or remove information fields to the following functions: Add new, update, import customer files. 
* Contract tab: Add new, update, import contract excel 
* Company tab: Add new, company update 
* Product attributes tab: Add new, update the attributes.

To add, edit or delete the fields, please follow:

* **Add:** Click Button **Add Fields >>** Fill out all the required fields in the popup window **>** Click **Add** to finish.

* **Edit:** Click symbol **Edit >> Change the information needed > Click Update/ Cancel to finish.**
* **Delete:** Click symbol **Delete >** Select **Agree** to delete or **Dismiss** to cancel.
