With a large number of users interested in your store's products and services, how do you know where that lead is coming from? How to properly distribute leads to employees? How to manage leads when you have a lead data file? All of these problems will become easier with the lead management feature of Nobita software. Do you believe it?
First, you need to go to Nobi Sales -> Lead Management to display the list of leads.
At the lead list, click "Configuration" -> The lead divide configuration form is displayed.
(1) The maximum number of leads that can be received: this is the number of leads the staff can receive in the lead list.
(2) Limit that can receive leads: This is the limit that staff can receive leads
(3) Automatic recall after...minutes: If after receiving the lead.....minutes, the staff does not perform the task, the lead will be automatically recalled.
(4) Only divide leads from: Staff will only receive leads from that set time.
If you turn this option on, all telesales can see the lead list.
(1) Time to receive leads: The manager will choose the time to fit the staff's work schedule, so the system will only divide leads as the set time.
(2) Staff: Select the staff who will be assigned the leads at the given time.
** Note: The hours are not selected, the leads will not be assigned to any staff.
(3) To add more setup, click this icon.
(1) Priority type: Select a priority campaign
(2) Value: The value corresponding to the priority campaign
(3) Time: User chooses lead dividing time (there are 2 default types: By hours and By date)
(4) Value: Select the value corresponding to lead dividing time
(5) Priority for: Select the priority staff to receive the leads (There are 2 default types: By staff and by department)
(6) Value: Select the value corresponding to the priority value.
After setting up the lead dividing configuration, click "Save" to save the above configuration.
So, after setting up, where will the leads go? At this point, please switch to Telesales to experience it.
If you want to add a new lead to the lead list, follow these steps:
In order for the lead information to be entered into the system fully and correctly, you need to upload the lead file according to the fields that the system template file provides. You need to click "Download sample file" to download the template.
Steps to import the lead file as below:
Click Import excel file >> Click here to upload file >> Select the campaign for the leads that are imported at Campaign's name >> Click Upload.
** Note: Lead uploaded from the file will automatically filter leads with the same phone number and email.
There are 2 ways to delete the leads in this view.
Second way: Tick on the checkbox in front of the lead, you can select more leads to delete at once >> Tools >> Delete >> Agree.
In case that you want to transfer the leads to other staff in charge, please follow these steps:
Tick on the checkbox in front of the lead, you can select more leads to transfer at once >> Tools >> Reassign to other staff >> Select the staff >> Update.
Click Button Add Lead > Fill out all the required fields in the popup window > Click Add to finish.
First way: Click Button More > Click Delete > Select Agree to delete or Dismiss to cancel.
