With a large number of orders being sold every day via Facebook, website, phone, shop... how do you easily manage all orders? Don't worry, Nobita's order management feature will help you "troubleshoot" this problem.

1.Users can place orders for all customers from the system

2. Orders can be placed for customers who register from the optin-form. See instructions for creating an optin-form:

1. Create orders

When customers order through channels, you enter orders on Nobita to be able to deduct inventory and manage revenue and profit, and loss.

2. Order processing

a. Completed order

After creating an order successfully, you go through the Confirm - Packing - Collection - Shipping - Complete steps to complete a complete order. For orders with delivery, you need to perform an order-cross checking step to collect/pay for the delivery company.

b. Return goods

In case the customer bought and received the goods but wants to return them, you need to process that order and confirm.

c. Cancel order

For orders that have not been successfully delivered, you can cancel the order. For canceled orders, the revenue is not recorded.

d. Edit order

This feature helps you change information order, add more goods, change the quantity, add notes for the order. And you can only apply for the order that has not been delivered successfully.

3. Order management

This is a feature that helps you manage your order list, know which carrier is in charge, amount of shipping fee, debt control with each customer.

  • A detailed order list with smart filters will help you easily track the details of your order status, payment status, and how much customers have to pay for the order.

  • Easily manage the status of your orders.

  • Easily track which orders are sent to which delivery company, who the shipper is, and easily look up orders to respond to customers when needed.

  • In case the customer returns the goods, the system has a feature to process the return goods to update the inventory.
