Customer Service SMS

The customer care SMS feature supports you to create and manage campaigns to automatically send SMS messages to customers who have purchased from Shop.

To create and manage the Customer Care SMS, go to Nobi Marketing -> SMS marketing -> Customer Care SMS tab.

1. To add a customer care SMS campaign.

To add a new customer care SMS, please follow these steps:

Click Button Add New > Fill out all the required fields in the popup window > Click Add to finish.

**Note:

  • Successfully added campaigns of any customer will be displayed in that customer's details.

  • Make sure you have set up a brand name for the system. For the process of adding a brand, please contact Nobita's customer service department for support.

  • Customer care messages must not contain words related to advertising, promotions, discounts

2. Edit or Delete the campaigns.

To update or delete customer care SMS, at the customer care SMS campaign list, please follow these steps:

  • Edit: Click Button More > Click Edit > Change the information needed > Click Update/ Cancel to finish.

** Note: For campaigns that have sent to customers, they will not be edited.

  • Delete: Click Button More > Click Delete > Select Agree to delete or Dismiss to cancel.

3. SMS Campaign Details

  • Overview tab: Detailed information about the campaign: Sender, date and time sent, total number of messages sent, total successfully sent messages, total sent messages, number of successfully sent, number of sent errors.

  • Sent tab: Details of successful recipient's name, date and time sent, date and time received.

  • Sending tab: Details of the person who is waiting to receive the message, the date and time sent, the date and time received.

  • Tab sending error: Details of successful recipient's name, date and time sent, date and time received.
