Departments
To easily decentralize users, Nobita integrates the division of departments for each branch. Accordingly, each branch can be divided into many departments.
Please go to Setup >> Settings >> Departments

1. Departments.
To add, edit or delete the departments, please follow:
Add: Click Button Add Department >> Fill out all the required fields in the popup window > Click Add to finish.

Edit: Click symbol Edit >> Change the information needed > Click Update/ Cancel to finish.
Delete: Click symbol Delete > Select Agree to delete or Dismiss to cancel.

2. Positions in the departments.
Each department will have one or more positions. Each position will have different rights. Therefore, the Nobita system integrates the function of decentralization of positions, users with any position will perform the functions corresponding to that position.
2.1 Add, edit or delete the positions.
Add: Click Button Add Position >> Fill out all the required fields in the popup window >> Click Add to finish.

Edit: Click symbol Edit >> Change the information needed > Click Update/ Cancel to finish.
Delete: Click symbol Delete > Select Agree to delete or Dismiss to cancel.

2.2 Decentralization for the positions.
To decentralize user positions, at the department management interface, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Choose a branch
Step 2: Click on the department -> Department details are displayed
Step 3: Click on the position you want to delegate
Step 4: Select the permissions you want to assign to the position by checking the checkbox (In all tabs)
Step 5: Click "Update"
