Zalo Campaign

You can set up and manage Zalo campaigns that automatically send messages to customers here in this tab.

Please follow these steps to go to Zalo campaign tab:

1. To add a new campaign, please follow these steps:‌

• Add: Click Button Add Campaign > Fill out all the required fields in the popup window > Click Add to finish.

Notes:

• Please assure that you have connected you Zalo Oa before create the Zalo campaign.

• The campaigns are created and sent to any customer, will be displayed at their customer details.

2. To edit or delete the campaigns, please follow these steps:

• Edit: Click Button More > Click Edit > Change the information needed > Click Update/ Cancel to finish.
• Delete: Click Button More > Click Delete > Select Agree to delete or Dismiss to cancel. Chèn ảnh
