# Zalo Campaign

Please follow these steps to go to Zalo campaign tab:

### **1. To add a new campaign, please follow these steps:‌**

**Notes**: 

* Please assure that you have connected you Zalo Oa before create the Zalo campaign.
* The campaigns are created and sent to any customer, will be displayed at their customer details.

### **2. To edit or delete the campaigns, please follow these steps:**

* Edit: Click Button **More** ![](https://lh5.googleusercontent.com/0YJkCQ-HbRFjdZ1nel424syEsMkKKmsKE19WWqMBA7dQ9KWGg7i8tdqFvZ6oOyMOVA8aqcBP2OujTQkpCpIW9Sd2KyxLnGXrM1odilRv4-hdPHB2v0kxyeUxQkOZjYRa20LBv0Ba=s0)**>** Click **Edit >** Change the information needed > Click **Update/ Cancel** to finish.
