Shopee login Version 2.0

In this upgrade, you will experience many new features such as adding new Nobisan products, updating and pushing products to Shopee. First we log into the system.

At the login screen, you have to log in twice to get product information as well as order.

When you click on the "Connect Shopee" button, the screen will be displayed

Please choose PH- Philippines and enter your Shopee account.

After entering the code, the screen below will be displayed, then click on the “Confirm” button.

After completing the above steps, you have successfully logged into the system, next you start to install options to synchronize the product as you want. The system has the following specific options:

  1. Automatic pairing: When choosing this option, the system will automatically pair products in Nobita and products taken from Shopee to Nobisan if they have the same name or SKU code.

  2. Keep stock in Shopee after pairing: Product inventory on Shopee will remain the same, won't update according to inventory on Nobita. Product inventory after pairing may not be equal.

For example: Product A in stock at Nobita = 10, Product A in stock at Shopee = 20

  • If you turn ON to keep Shopee stock after pairing, now Nobisan will take Shopee inventory = 20.

  • If you don't turn on (OFF) to keep Shopee stock after pairing, now Nobisan's inventory is equal by Nobita inventory = 10.

3. Automatically create products on Nobita: When you choose this option, products on Shopee will be created on Nobita.

4. Synchronize inventory fluctuations: Inventory fluctuations in Nobita will be updated to Shopee, create orders at Shopee will subtract inventory at Nobita

**Note: Shopee inventory is updated to Nobita only when there is an action on the order, and if you go to the product to fix the inventory, it will not be updated to Nobita. At Nobita, if there is any action to change inventory such as ordering, importing, canceling, checking inventory.... will update the increase/decrease on Shopee.

After installing according to the desired options and pressing the "Save settings" button, the system will start running the product synchronization process. So you have successfully logged in and can use it.
