Shop reviews

Here, you can set up a response to customer reviews after purchasing products in the shop.

For the review feedback functionality, you can either manually respond to individual customer reviews or automatically have to respond to reviews.

1. Directly respond to reviews

Click Nobi Automation -> Bot Nobi San -> Shop reviews -> Respond to reviews

To respond to customer's reviews, please follow these steps below:

Step 1: Click the button "Reply"

Step 2: Enter the comment to respond to customer's reviews

Step 3: Click the button Send

Filter customer reviews:

To make it easier for shop owners to make statistics or respond to reviews, Nobi San has created a smart filter that makes it easy for you to:

  • Filter reviews by shop

  • Filter reviews by star rating or star rating with comments

  • Filter reviews by the time

  • Filter reviews by a number of star rating

  • Filter for respond/unresponsive shop reviews

2. Auto respond

With so many customer reviews pouring in every day, you don't want to spend too much time responding to each review. So how can you respond to all reviews and still save time?

Understanding the needs of shop owners, Nobi San integrates an auto-response feature. You just need to set up the feature, the system will automatically respond to those reviews.

Click Nobi Automation -> Bot Nobi San -> Shop reviews -> Auto response tab

2.1 Add new

To add new, please follow these steps below:

Step 1: Click Add new

Step 2: Fields with an asterisk are required

Step 3: Enter the content to respond to reviews

Step 4: Click the button Add

2.2 Auto-response updates

Follow these steps below to update:

Step 1: Click the button

Step 2: Click the button Edit

Step 3: Enter the content needed

Step 4: Click Edit

2.3 Delete process

To delete the process, please follow these steps below:

Click the button -> Click the button Delete and Agree

2.4 Unactive process
