Assign Tags

The Nobita system supports the feature of assigning customer tags, order tags, and conversation tags to help you easily manage and make statistics according to customers, orders, and conversations.

Please go to Setup >> Category >> Assign Tags

1. Customer tags.

This allows you to assign tags for the customers in tab Lead Management or Telesales.

  • Add: Click Button Add tag >> Fill out all the required fields in the popup window > Click Add to finish.

  • Edit: Click symbol Edit >> Change the information needed > Click Update/ Cancel to finish.

  • Delete: Click symbol Delete > Select Agree to delete or Dismiss to cancel.

2. Purchase order tags.

This allows you to assign tags for the customers in tab Purchase Orders.

  • Add: Click Button Add tag >> Fill out all the required fields in the popup window > Click Add to finish.

  • Edit: Click symbol Edit >> Change the information needed > Click Update/ Cancel to finish.

  • Delete: Click symbol Delete > Select Agree to delete or Dismiss to cancel.

3. Conversation tags.

This allows you to assign tags for the customers in the tab Purchase Orders.

3.1 To add, edit or delete the conversation tags.

  • Add: Click Button Add tag >> Fill out all the required fields in the popup window > Click Add to finish.

  • Edit: Click symbol Edit >> Change the information needed > Click Update/ Cancel to finish.

  • Delete: Click symbol Delete > Select Agree to delete or Dismiss to cancel.

3.2 Sync the Pancake tags.

You will be able to sync the conversation tags from Pancake to Nobita with this function.

Step 1: Download file from Pancake and use that file to upload on Nobita as below:

Step 2: Go to Export on Pancake >> Download the file >> Upload on Nobita

3.3 Sync the Fanpage tags.

Page tag synchronization is a feature of synchronizing conversation tags from one page to another. To synchronize the page-tag, please follow these steps below:

Step 1: Click "Sync Fanpage tags" -> Button changes to "Save tag sync"

Step 2: Select the conversation tags by checking the checkbox before the tags.

Step 3: Click "Save Card Sync" -> Synchronization form is displayed

Step 4: Select the landing page you want to sync

Step 5: Click "Sync"

4. Shopee conversation tags.

This allows you to assign tags for the customers in the tab Shopee Chat.

  • Add: Click Button Add tag >> Fill out all the required fields in the popup window > Click Add to finish.

  • Edit: Click symbol Edit >> Change the information needed > Click Update/ Cancel to finish.

  • Delete: Click symbol Delete > Select Agree to delete or Dismiss to cancel.
