Creating promotions is one of the strategies that cannot be ignored in business and especially online business. To be able to compete with many other shops, you also need to create many promotional codes to attract customers. So how to effectively manage the coupon codes launched? How do I know which codes are used, which are expired, and which are still valid? It seems that this is also one of the top problems!!!! Don't worry, Nobita will help you "troubleshoot" this problem right away.
For customers, when given a promotional code, each code can only be used once. The coupon code will be applied upon booking.
After placing an order with a coupon code applied, the code will change to "Used" status. If the order is canceled, the code will be returned to the customer.
The discount amount when applying the coupon code will be in the order discount section, after entering the coupon code in the order, the discount will be deducted immediately on that order.
Multiple coupon codes can be applied to each order, and the promo code must be on the same branch where the order is added.
To add new and manage promotional codes, at Nobita homepage, go to Nobi Automation -> Coupon Code. The interface will display as shown below.
Here will show all the number of promotional codes: New Granted Codes, Used Codes, Expired Codes, Valid Codes.
Smart filters make it easy to filter the number of coupon codes by employees over a period of time.
To create and manage coupon codes, go to Nobi Automation -> Coupon Code -> Coupon Code Tab.
Before creating a discount code, you need to set up the promotion type and add customers to receive the promo code.
The steps to add a new promo code are as follows:
Step 1: Click "Add New" -> New Add Form is displayed -
Step 2: Enter new information in the form:
Coupon code: The system will automatically generate a code
Choose customers to receive the code
Promotion start time
Promotion end time (If the promotion is unlimited, leave this field blank)
Choose a coupon type
Choose a staff in charge
Choose the type of channel to send the promotion
Notes (if any)
Step 3: Click "Add"
+ Edit: Click Button More > Click Edit > Change the information needed > Click Update/ Cancel to finish. + Delete: Click Button More > Click Delete > Select Agree to delete or Dismiss to cancel.
