Product

The main product is the goods, services, software... that your store has, is, and will distribute to customers. This is one of the first important data to generate to be able to sell.

Product management is not only about quantity management but also product-related issues.

With so many items already set up on the system but now discontinue selling, how can you stop trading all of those products without taking too long?
If the prices of items fluctuate, how do you change the selling price of all products as quickly as possible?
If a product has multiple attributes, how do you add them all instead of having to add each product + attribute one by one?

All of the above questions are really not difficult, the difficulty is that you have not explored the feature of setting up and managing products of Nobita. Don't wait any longer, let's experience it now 👇👇

At Menu Bar, Click Product -> Product. The interface is displayed as shown below:

1. Add new products

To add the new product, you need to add product group and product type

**Tip: You can add the new product directly or import the excel file.

Way 1: Add the new product directly.

Please follow these steps below:

Select product type > Click the button "Add product" > Add the information into the form (Fields marked an asterisk are required) > Click "Add new and continue" / "Add new and exist".

**Note: With the product has multiple attributes, turn the option "attribute" on and add attributes into the form.

Way 2: Import from excel:

**Require: The file uploaded to the system must be the same as the sample file provided by the system. You need to download the sample file and add data to avoid uploading errors.

Please follow these steps below:

Step 1: Click "Import file excel".

Step 2: Click "Download sample file" > Select the folder to save file > Save.

After downloading the sample file and entering data into the file, to upload the file to the system, please follow these steps:

Step 3: Select product.

Step 4: Click "Import excel file".

Step 5: Click the button "Click here to upload file".

Step 6: Click the button "Upload" -> Wait for the process to complete.

Step 7: Click cancel the form.

**Note: In cases when uploading product files if the product is already on the system:

Skip and do nothing: Products will be skipped
Update fields, add quantity to existing quantity: Update the fields of the product, add more quantity into inventory on the system.
Update fields, skip quantity: Update the product fields and skip the quantity.
Update fields, overwrite quantity: Update fields, enter quantity according to excel file.

2. Update product

To update the product, please follow these steps below:

**Note: Products that have been ordered will not be allowed to be deleted (See instructions for creating an order: CLICK HERE).

3. Export product file

Nobita helps users to export product files including selected products or filtered products. The steps to export the file are as follows:

Step 1: Select product type.

Step 2: Select the product needed.

Step 3: Click the button "Tools".

Step 4: Click "Import excel file".

4. Open/stop selling product

Please follow these steps below:

Select product type > Select products > Click the button "Tools" > Select option Open/stop selling product.

5. Transfer group of selected products

Nobita integrates the product group transfer feature to help users easily transfer groups instead of having to add new products already in the system. The steps are as follows:

Step 2: Select products

Step 3: Select "Tools"

Step 4: Transfer group of selected products

Step 5: Select the form of adding a group -> Select a new group (You can choose an existing group or set up a new product group)

Step 6: Click "Update"

**Note: Only transfer product groups within the same type of product.
