Tasks

This is a feature that helps users set up tasks for leads on the Nobita system.

In this section, we will introduce you to the feature of setting up lead tasks. Let's discover together now.

Please go to Nobi Sales >> Tasks/Results >> Tasks

1. Add a new task.

To add a new task, please follow these below steps:

Click Add task >> Complete the pop-up window >> Click ADD

Note: - You can set this task as a default task for all the new leads on the system. That means whenever a new task coming or creating then would be assigned that as the first task. - If you want to temporarily turn off this task, please tick on the checkbox Not in use.

2. Re-order the position of the tasks.

To arrange the position of the tasks accordingly, in the task list, drag and drop the task to the position you want. See details in the video below:

3. Edit and delete the tasks.

  • Edit: Click Button More > Click Edit > Change the information needed > Click Update/ Cancel to finish.

  • Delete: Click Button More > Click Delete > Select Agree to delete or Dismiss to cancel.
