Shopee chat Version 2.0

Shopee Chat Version 2.0 connects directly from the Shopee API to help synchronize conversations quickly. However, you should note that, with this version, according to Shopee regulations, Vouchers will not be sent at Shopee Chat.

To use the Shopee Chat feature, you need to connect your Shopee account to Nobita first.

After connecting Shopee to Nobita successfully, the interface will display as shown below:

Click Shop to start using the Shopee Chat feature!

1. Shopee chat features

(1) Filter conversations by the time

(2) Filter conversations by the staff

(3) Filter by tag

(4) Sync conversations

(5) Filter the unread message

(6) Filter the unreplied message

(7) Filter conversations haven't had orders yet

(8) Filter conversations have had orders

(9) Assign conversations to staff

(10) Report user

(11) Mark as unread

(12) Sync conversations

2. Actions in conversation

In the conversation you can:

(1) Send a message by typing directly

(2) Send messages

(3) Send icon

(4) Send sample message (See instructions for setting up a sample message: CLICK HERE)

(5) Assign customer tags

For the customer tagging feature, you can create a tag directly in the conversation or create at the Shopee conversation tag management (CLICK HERE)

(5.1) Create tag-> Form add display tag is displayed -> Enter tag name, select color -> Click "Add new"

(5.2) Close tagging.

3. View order

Nobita integrates the feature of viewing orders directly in conversations with customers.

At the conversation, click on the orders tab, which will display the customer's order.

4. Search and send products information

At Shopee Chat view, you can search, know the number of products in stock and directly send products to customers for reference.
