To set up Nobi San, Click Nobi San -> Nobi San Setting. The interface is displayed as shown below:
At "General setting" tab, you can set up functions as shown below:
After setting up, Click "save setting".
Here you can set up the "Use a topic for a quick reply" function. When turned ON, the interface will display the button "Add topic".
To add a new topic, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Click "Add topic".
Step 2: Enter the information into the form including:
Topic name.
Select color for the topic.
Step 3: Click "ADD"
Instruction for adding sample message:
At "Quick reply" tab interface, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Click "Add".
Step 2: Enter the information into the add new message form, note that fields have an asterisk are required.
Step 3: Click "ADD"
If you have multiple Shopee stores, you want to set up the same template messages for the stores but don't want to have to go through the process of creating template messages again and again. Don't worry, Nobi San integrates effective sample message synchronization, saving you time.
Synchronization steps are as follows:
Step 1: Click "Sync".
Step 2: Enter information into the form.
Step 3: Click "Sync"
Nobi San supports users to set up conversation tags. To add a new tag, at the Conversation Tag tab interface, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Click "Add tag"
Step 2: Enter the information into the form including:
Tag name
Select the tag color
Step 3: Click "ADD"
To sync the conversation tag with another shop, you can use the feature "Sync". Following these steps below:
Step 1: Click "Sync"
Step 2: Fill out the required form information, including:
Select the shop you want to sync
Select the landing page
Select the tag need to sync by ticking into the checkbox in front of the tag
Step 3: Click "Sync"
Here display the list of all blocked users. To block users, click Shopee chat, click the button "block user" as shown below
Here you can set up keywords to mark these as banned keywords. When the content contains these keywords, the system will not automatically create messages, not send messages to customers.
