# Automated Customer Care Marketing automation campaigns include 2 types: * **Send by the actions**: When you take an action that corresponds to the conditions of a campaign, the system will perform the tasks set up by the task in that campaign. * **Send by the time**: The system will automatically perform the task of a campaign according to the time the user has set for the corresponding campaign. Automated customer care includes all marketing campaigns that are performed automatically through channels: Facebook automation, Zalo automation, SMS automation, Email automation.
