Automated Customer Care is a Nobita feature that helps you to set up processes to automatically carry out customer care marketing campaigns.

Marketing automation campaigns include 2 types:
Send by the actions: When you take an action that corresponds to the conditions of a campaign, the system will perform the tasks set up by the task in that campaign.
Send by the time: The system will automatically perform the task of a campaign according to the time the user has set for the corresponding campaign.
Automated customer care includes all marketing campaigns that are performed automatically through channels: Facebook automation, Zalo automation, SMS automation, Email automation.
Please go to Nobi Automation >> Automated Customer Care
To add a new automated customer care process, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Click "Add Process" -> Form to add process is displayed
Step 2: Enter information into the form, including: Process name, Process group, Select type (process type) -> Form will display some conditions for you to set up then Choose a task to perform.
Step 3: Click "Add"
+ Edit: Click Button More > Click Edit > Change the information needed > Click Update/ Cancel to finish. + Delete: Click Button More > Click Delete > Select Agree to delete or Dismiss to cancel.
